Structure of Organisation

Quark Cybernetics is a limited liability company, and its internal ultimate authority is the Board of Directors. The General Manager is held exclusively responsible for daily management and operation. The main departments include the Product Development Dept., R&D Dept., Marketing Dept., Dept. of Administration, Purchasing and Finance Dept., and Dept. of Technical Support.
